John Arlotta
John brings thirty years of product design, merchandising and marketing experience to all projects. Areas of expertise include brand image building, strategic planning, vertical product development, direct mail, brick & mortar marketing and multi-channel integration. His corporate experience includes high level merchandising and marketing positions for the Orvis Company of Manchester, Vermont and Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing & New Concepts for Harry and David of Medford, Oregon. John also has experience in the fashion industry where he designed and marketed the "Arlotta Collection" of apparel and gifts sold through specialty retailers and major department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Sak's Fifth Avenue and Barneys New York. Mr. Arlotta has been profiled in notable industry publications and forums, including GQ Magazine, Esquire and Crain's.
Joe Cassidy
Joe Cassidy was an executive at The Orvis Company for over 25 years.He was instrumental in the design of the Company’s merchandising and marketing planning, reporting and analysis systems. His roles there included: Controller, Vice President of Inventory Management, and Vice President of Direct Marketing. He also served as a member of the Company's executive committee. During his tenure there, Orvis went from $15,000,000 in annual sales to over $250,000,000.
Jeff Watts
Since 2000, Jeff Watts has helped drive the evolution of search engine optimization by working on large-scale SEO applications that span multiple countries and languages, involving millions of pieces of content. As CEO and founder of Strongpages, he helps businesses and search engines partner - rather than compete - to achieve cost-effective, dramatically impactful results. Prior to founding Strongpages, Jeff developed the global SEO program at National Instruments, at industrial electronics and software supplier with (at the time) revenues of $600 million, web content in 9 languages, and operations in 40 countries. Since that time, he has worked as Product Manager for Search and Syndication for Bazaarvoice, a social commerce startup focusing on user-generated content with large retail brands. Jeff's experience in streamlining and automating SEO helps the world's best brands dramatically improve the search value of user-generated content. A frequent speaker on search engine optimization and marketing, and a software developer since 1997, Jeff holds a Computer Engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
